Privacy Policy – Anannt Oorja Foundation
Your trust matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit our website, book a session, join a retreat or talk to us. It covers why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who We Are
Anannt Oorja Foundation (“Anannt Oorja”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers spiritual wellness and energy-healing experiences. These include Reiki, Tarot and Numerology consultations, one-on-one healing sessions, workshops, corporate healing programmes, retreats, and community initiatives such as Healing for World Peace.
This policy applies to ananntoorjafoundation.org and all its pages and forms. It also applies to information you share with us by phone, WhatsApp, email, social media or in person.
By using our website or services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not share your information with us.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
– Contact details: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, city and country.
– Booking details: the session, plan or retreat you choose, your preferred date and time, and your preferred expert.
– Consultation inputs: details you choose to share so we can guide you. This can include your date of birth, the questions or concerns you want to discuss, and anything you tell us during a session.
– Application details: for creator or retreat programmes, information such as your social media handle and follower count.
– Messages: anything you send us through forms, WhatsApp, email or calls.
Information collected automatically:
– Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, the time you spend on them, and the page that referred you.
– Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a link, tags such as UTM source, medium and campaign.
– Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.
Payment information:
Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We receive only a payment confirmation, such as a payment ID, amount, payment method and status.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
– Deliver your session or programme. This means confirming your booking, scheduling your call, preparing your reading or healing, and sharing your summary or remedies.
– Process payments. This means matching your payment to your booking, sending confirmations, and handling refunds where applicable.
– Stay in touch about your booking. This includes confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, including a reminder if you started a booking but did not complete it.
– Answer your questions and respond to your requests and feedback.
– Share updates about new sessions, events, retreats and offers, with your consent. You can opt out at any time.
– Improve our website and services by understanding which pages and campaigns help people find us, and by fixing problems.
– Keep things safe and lawful by preventing fraud or misuse, keeping records we are required to keep, and complying with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to anyone.
4. Personal and Wellbeing Details You Share
During a consultation you may choose to share personal matters about relationships, career, health, emotions or life events. We treat everything you share in a session as confidential.
– It is used only to guide you. It is seen only by your practitioner and the limited team that supports your booking.
– We never publish it or share it with others without your explicit permission.
– Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Please note: our sessions offer spiritual and holistic guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For any health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
5. Payments
Online payments on our website are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and your bank, not to us.
We receive and keep a record of your payment ID, order ID, amount, payment method, date and status, along with your name and contact number. We keep this to confirm your booking and to meet accounting and tax requirements. Razorpay’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. WhatsApp, Calls and Email
When you share your number with us, we may contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by SMS about your enquiry or booking. This can be a confirmation, a reminder, a link to a form, or a message if your booking was left incomplete. WhatsApp messages are sent through an authorised WhatsApp Business service provider.
– We send promotional messages only where you have opted in or where the law permits.
– To stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or write to us, and we will remove you promptly. We may still send essential messages about a booking you have made.
– Our support team may call you to help complete or schedule your booking.
7. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with trusted partners who help us run our services, and only what they need:
– Practitioners and our team: the healers, readers and support staff who deliver and schedule your session.
– Payment gateway (Razorpay): to process payments and refunds.
– Messaging providers: to send WhatsApp, SMS and email confirmations, reminders and updates.
– Cloud and productivity tools (such as Google Workspace): to store booking and form records securely.

These partners are required to keep your information secure and to use it only for the purpose we give them.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and improve our advertising.
– Essential cookies: needed for pages, forms and payments to work.
– Analytics cookies: for example Google Analytics, to see which pages are useful.
– Marketing cookies: for example Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad tools, to measure ad results and show relevant ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without essential cookies.
9. Photos, Videos and Retreats
We may take photos or videos at workshops, events and retreats. Group moments may be shared on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear, simply tell our team at the event, or write to us afterwards, and we will remove the content where reasonably possible.
Creators and participants who agree to create content with us will receive separate terms explaining how that content may be used.
